Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, GINS Beauty Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Wigs, Hair Extensions & Hair Products

For sanitary reasons, all wigs, hair extensions, hair bundles, lace products, and hair care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Eligible Returns

Unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customers selecting in-store pickup will receive a notification when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 7 days. A valid photo ID may be required at pickup.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect customer information solely to process orders, improve customer service, and communicate updates regarding purchases and promotions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process transactions and fulfill orders.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or other circumstances.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available during checkout. All payments must be received before orders are processed.
